IVWS' STREAM EXHIBITION--ANWESHAN III

Holistic education has always been at the core of IVWS’s philosophy and thus on 12th November’ 2025, the school hosted its third year of ANWESHAN, a vibrant Science Exhibition based on the STREAM fields—Science, Technology, Robotics, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics.
The event was graced and inaugurated by Dr Sreemati Ghosh, convener at Ideas for Future. She was presented with a bouquet of naturally dyed flowers (on the principle of Ascent of Sap) and escorted by a tiny Humanoid robot designed by grade 6 students of the Robotics Club.
Students from grades 6-12 showcased innovative working models and creative prototypes. There were students from three other schools as well, namely, Barisha Janakalyan Vidyapith For Girls, Balia Nafar Chandra Balika Vidyalaya and B.D M. International School with their thought provoking exhibits.
Some of the eye catching exhibits with a futuristic approach were- ‘Separation of Oil spills using Ferrofluids, Green electricity, AI Dustbins, Smart village, Bio battery to name a few.
The exhibits reflected not only strong subject knowledge but also teamwork, problem-solving skills, and artistic expression. Teachers, parents, and guests appreciated the students’ efforts and engaged enthusiastically with the demonstrations. The exhibition successfully inspired curiosity and highlighted the importance of an interdisciplinary approach to learning.
