On 27th November 2025, Indus Valley World School celebrated Thanksgiving Day with a heartfelt initiative that beautifully reflected the values of gratitude and compassion. Students from Playgroup to Grade 3 expressed their appreciation for the school’s caregivers, attendants, security guards, clean tech staff, and nurse by presenting them with edible treats, useful gifts, and handmade cards, filling the campus with joy and warmth. Extending this spirit beyond the school, the children of Grades 4 and 5 visited Peerless Hospital and the Survey Park Traffic Guard Office, where they interacted warmly with doctors, nurses, and traffic personnel, acknowledging their tireless service to the community. With handmade cards filled with messages of love and thoughtfully prepared goodie bags, the young learners conveyed their heartfelt thanks, bringing smiles to the faces of these frontline workers. The initiative not only created cherished memories for the recipients but also instilled in the students enduring lessons of empathy, respect, and community service, making the day truly meaningful and memorable.
