Indus Valley World School came together on the 15th of August in a resplendent celebration of the spirit of independence, as the tricolour was proudly hoisted by Principal Mrs. Reshma Bhattacharya, setting the tone for a day steeped in patriotic fervour. The morning unfolded into an elaborate programme entitled “My India, My Pride,” opening with a spirited band performance that stirred hearts across the gathering. Vibrant song and dance sequences followed, paying vivid tribute to the diverse states of India, each performance a graceful ode to the nation’s cultural mosaic. The celebration stood as a heartfelt tribute to unity, heritage, and the enduring spirit of freedom.The board toppers of Grade XII were awarded in a brief ceremony making the day more memorable.
