FEE RULES

  1. Fees can be paid ONLINE through the school App (Vawsum) or website i.e. www.ivws.org and clicking on the online fee payment link.
  2. Fees can be deposited at authorised Axis Bank branches only (kindly refer to the fee slip).
  3. Fees for the entire academic year will be accepted at the School Accounts Office.
  4. Please draw the cheque or pay order in favour of INDUS VALLEY WORLD SCHOOL.
  5. Cheque returned charges Rs.500/- per instance (for any reason).
  6. Fees once paid are not refundable for any reason whatsoever.
  7. A student will remain on the school roll only if the 1st installment fees are cleared by 15th April 2024.
  8. In case of non-payment of any installment, by the 15th of that month, a late payment charge @ Rs. 500/- per month or part thereof will be levied cumulatively.
  9. Non-payment of installment by the last date of the last month of a particular quarter will result in de-enrolment of the student from the rolls of the school without any further notice. Re-admission charges of Rs.4,000/- will be levied.
  10. Minimum one full calendar month’s notice must be given in writing before a student is withdrawn from the school. TC/Progress Report will be issued on payment of all arrears. Charges payable for the TC – Rs.200/-
  11. The school uniform, books and stationery are available on payment from the campus shop.
  12. Those who avail the school transport facility can discontinue with it if they wish to, but only at the end of the quarter. A duly signed application form should be submitted one month before the following installment becomes payable.
  13. Rs.10,000/- will be payable as the Annual Fee for Grade XI (IVWS students only) by 30th December of the current year, failing which Rs.32,500/- will be payable for the same.
