Children’s Day Celebration at Indus Valley World School Grades 3 - 5
15/11/2025
The Indus Valley World School buzzed with laughter and excitement as students of Grades 3 to 5 gathered to celebrate Children’s Day with a vibrant and heart warming program. The morning began with a delightful Hindi recitation titled Joker, capturing the innocence and humor of childhood. This was followed by a captivating song medley filled with foot-tapping tunes that opened nostalgic vistas of carefree days and sparkling imaginations. A lively folk song and dance then painted the stage with color and rhythm, celebrating India’s cultural richness and the joy of togetherness. However, the highlight of the morning was an uproarious skit that turned the tables—a dance-off between the “old” and the “new” in a classroom setting. To the students’ absolute delight, their favorite teachers took on the roles of mischievous classmates, playfully quarrelling, teaming up, and rediscovering the child within. The auditorium erupted in endless cheers as the performances unfolded, filling the air with boundless energy and shared laughter. The event beautifully captured the spirit of childhood—joyful, spontaneous, and forever young at heart.
